2017-18 NBA Regular Season TV Schedule for January

Several NBA highlight games for the month of January:

The 76ers and Joel Embiid will meet the Celtics and Al Horford at the NBA London Games 2018 on Thursday, Jan. 11 at 3 p.m.

NBA TV will feature special programming on Martin Luther King, Jr. Day, Monday, Jan. 15, with a doubleheader starting with the Charlotte Hornets and Kemba Walker visiting the Detroit Pistons and Andre Drummond at 12:30 p.m., followed by the Spurs and LaMarcus Aldridge vs. the Atlanta Hawks and Dennis Schroder at 3 p.m.

An NBA on TNT tripleheader on Martin Luther King, Jr. Day (Monday, Jan. 15) will showcase an NBA Finals rematch between the Warriors and Cavaliers at 8 p.m.  The night’s game coverage will begin with the Lakers visiting the Memphis Grizzlies at 5:30 p.m., and the tripleheader will conclude with the Rockets and Chris Paul visiting his former team, the Clippers, at 10:30 p.m.

NBA Saturday Primetime on ABC will return for its third season, starting Jan. 20. The series will tip off with the defending NBA Champion Golden State Warriors and Kevin Durant visiting the Houston Rockets and James Harden.

NBA TV Fan Night will transition to Mondays throughout the remainder of the regular season starting with the Heat and Goran Dragic visiting the Rockets and Chris Paul at 8 p.m., followed by the Timberwolves and Karl-Anthony Towns facing the Clippers at 10:30 p.m.

The Boston Celtics will make consecutive appearances against two of the league’s youngest teams – hosting the 76ers and Joel Embiid on Thursday, Jan. 18, at 7 p.m., followed by a visit to Los Angeles to meet the Lakers and Brandon Ingram as part of the season debut of Players Only, Tuesday, Jan. 23, at 10:30 p.m.

TNT’s Players Only franchise – with former professional basketball players in all broadcast roles – will return for its second year starting Tuesday, Jan. 23, with the Cavaliers and LeBron James meeting the Spurs and Kawhi Leonard at 8 p.m., followed by Celtics vs. Lakers at 10:30 p.m. TNT’s Players Only telecasts will regularly air on Tuesday nights from the series’ Jan. 23 debut through April 3.

A doubleheader featuring All-Stars with new teams – the Thunder and Paul George hosting the Wizards on Thursday, Jan. 25, at 8 p.m., followed by the Minnesota Timberwolves and Jimmy Butler visiting the Warriors at 10:30 p.m.
