ION Television Renews ‘Saving Hope’ for Season Five

Canadian Supernatural Medical Drama Began its Run Here on NBC

ION Television and Canada’s CTV have re-upped Canadian supernatural medical drama “Saving Hope” for a fifth season, with an order for 18 new episodes. Debuting on both NBC and CTV on June 7, 2012, “Saving Hope” moved to ION in season three.

Production on the fifth season will start in Toronto in spring, with Erica Durance returning as Dr. Alex Reid and Michael Shanks as Dr. Charlie Harris.  The series is executive produced by Frank and John Morayniss and co-executive produced by Linda Pope, Trish Williams, Noelle Carbone, and Patrick Tarr.
