ABC’s ‘Quantico’ Moves to Mondays in January

The Alphabet Net Needs to Address the Struggling Sunday 9-11 p.m. Block

Sophomore ABC drama “Quantico,” which is currently struggling on Sunday out of “Secrets and Lies,” will move into the Monday 10 p.m. hour effective on Jan. 23, 2017. It replaces freshman drama “Conviction,” which will not continue past 13 episodes. There is no word at present what will replace “Quantico” on Sunday. Vying for the spot are upcoming dramas “Still Star-Crossed” from Shonda Rhimes and “Time After Time” from Kevin Williamson, and the upcoming second season of “The Catch,” also from Rhimes.

ABC will also have to find a replacement for “Secrets and Lies” in the Sunday 9 p.m. ET hour, which concludes its current second season run with two episodes of Dec. 4.
