  1. I liked this season, so far, and I am looking forward to tonight’s conclusion. Most of the teams were very competitive and the Big Brother team really surprised me that they got into the final 4. Should be a good finale – anyone could win at this point. Marc – I am liking the look and content of this site. You and Doug do a great job!

    • I disagree. Its ok, but I don’t think its been a great run for AR. This franchise needs a re-birth or makeover at this point.

  2. The Amazing Race (thankfully concluding – not one of the better seasons in my opinion. Needs a re-birth or makeover).

      • I watched most of the game went to sleep during OT as I have the TV on all night and woke up for the shootout and seeing USA win the Gold medal. What an exciting & thrilling game both teams played with heart and didn’t want to lose I think years from now Canada team will be happy they won sliver but it will take time to get over it. I’m rooting for Canada men’s team to win Gold now that USA is out of it in Hockey.

I wish the NHL players were playing mad at Gary Bettman for not letting the players play in the Olympics and not having the NHL for 2 weeks only happen every 4 years let them play for there countries.

        • I normally go to bed at 1 AM, but when NBC picked up the simulcast with NBCSN early in the overtime, I just had to stay up to watch it and the shootout. It was fantastic!

        • Yeah that game was thrilling as hell I was rooting for Canada but it was still nice to see the U.S. for the first time in 20 years especially since I know the last one really haunted them in 2014. Yeah silver in hockey can be off-putting initially but like you said they’ll appreciate it in the future like the commentators were saying on the broadcast too.

Russia got the gold but that was another thrilling contest on the men’s side with Germany giving them some go but the men’s side did feel naked this year without the NHL players. It didn’t really feel complete because USA and Canada usually field better hockey teams with the NHL players on them and it feels like a better overall tournament.

I have no idea what the NHL’s deal was why they didn’t want interrupted break I thought it was very disrespectful to the players to not allow them to play for their home countries. I was happy for the Russian players who left the league and were able to play for their country in these games. Hopefully they don’t do this again in 2022, I always thought this was great promotion for the NHL so they lost out on that this year.
