Cooper will executive produce with with Todd Phillips via the duo’s Joint Effort production banner. Bestselling author Gregg Hurwitz (“Orphan X,” “Wolverine”) is writing the adaptation and executive producing. Tim Van Patten (“Game Of Thrones,” “Boardwalk Empire”) will direct.
