‘Dead of Summer’ Concludes on Freeform

The Now Series-Finale of the Ten Episode Drama Was on August 30

Freeform has swung the proverbial axe on horror themed drama “Dead of Summer,” which debuted on June 28 and could not find enough of an audience to stay afloat out of “Pretty Little Liars.” Executive produced by Edward Kitsis, Adam Horowitz, Ian Goldberg, Steve Pearlman, “Dead of Summer” was set in the late 1980s at Camp Stillwater, a seemingly idyllic Midwestern summer camp, where what was supposed to be a summer of fun soon turns instead into one of unforgettable scares and evil at every turn.

The now series-finale of “Dead of Summer” aired on August 30th. Ten episodes in total were produced.
