CBS Renews ‘Bull,’ ‘Kevin Can Wait’ and ‘MacGyver’ for Full Seasons

Eight of the New Fall 2016 Series Have Now Been Picked-Up for the Full Season

CBS has extended the episode orders of freshman dramas “Bull” and “MacGyver” and freshman sitcom “Kevin Can Wait,” starring Kevin James, with nine additional episodes past the initial 13. That brings the total episodes for the trio in season one to 22. Effective on Monday, Oct. 24, “Kevin Can Wait” moves to Monday at 8 p.m. into the debut of new Matt LeBlanc sitcom “Man With a Plan” (and will have to stand on its own without the lead-in support from “The Big Bang Theory,” which moves back into the Thursday 8 p.m. half-hour on Oct. 27).

Eight of the 20 new network series this fall, to-date, have been picked-up for the remainder of the new season including ABC’s “Designated Survivor” and “Speechless,” NBC’s “This Is Us” and “Lethal Weapon” on Fox.
