Week two of “Dancing with the Stars” on Mar. 27 hardly dampened bubbly pop culture icon Charo‘s enthusiasm. After her paso doble, she again didn’t understand judge Bruno Tonioli‘s English and she anxiously grabbed the microphone from host Tom Bergeron.
