The CW Renews Trio of Original Summer Series

'Whose Line is it Anyway,' 'Masters of Illusion' and ''Penn & Teller: Fool Us' All Set to Return Next Summer

The CW has greenlit new seasons “Whose Line is it Anyway?,” which was revived by the network in 2013; “Masters of Illusion” and “Penn & Teller: Fool Us.” Hosted by Aisha Tyler, “Whose Line is it Anyway?” from Angst Productions and Hat Trick Productions features the improvisational skills of Ryan Stiles, Wayne Brady, Colin Mochrie and a guest comedian in each episode. “Masters of Illusion” from Associated Television International, hosted by Dean Cain (“Lois & Clark: The New Adventures of Superman”) features amazing magic performed by cutting-edge illusionists and escape artists, and performers displaying skills ranging from perplexing interactive mind magic to hilarious comedy routines. And “Penn & Teller: Fool Us” from 117 Production, hosted by Alyson Hannigan (“How I Met Your Mother”), features the celebrated magic of Penn Jillette and Raymond Teller.

All three will return with an unconfirmed number of new episodes next summer.
