Former NBA star Dennis Rodman Gets Emotional on CNN During Historic Summit

Dennis Rodman, the former NBA legend and “Apprentice” contestant, told Chris Cuomo of CNN that the historic meeting with North Korean leader Kim Jong Un and President Donald Trump on Tuesday, June 12 (the evening of Monday, June 11 in all U.S. time zones) was years in the making.

In an emotional interview, Rodman said he always believed in helping North Korea. “It’s a great day. I am here to see it. I’m so happy,” he said.
