FXX Renews ‘You’re the Worst’ for Season Four

Pick-Up Comes on the Heels of the Renewals of 'Atlanta' and 'Better Things'

FXX comedy “You’re the Worst,” which opened season four in August and is up by 13 percent in total viewers (590,000), based on the Nielsen’s Live-Plus-Seven day data this season, is confirmed to return for season four. Debuting on July 17, 2014, “You’re the Worst” follows Jimmy (Chris Geere), a self-involved writer, and Gretchen (Aya Cash), a self-destructive Los Angeles PR executive, as these two toxic personalities attempt a relationship.

The renewal of “You’re the Worst” comes one week after FX gave season-two orders to freshman comedies “Atlanta” and “Better Things.” There is no confirmation on the number of new episodes ordered.
