‘The Good Fight’ to Return to CBS All Access for Season Two

Number of New Episodes Ordered Not Confirmed

CBS All Access, the CBS Television Network’s digital subscription video on-demand and live streaming service, has announced a second season renewal of its first original drama series, “The Good Fight.” Spun-off from “The Good Wife” and debuting on Feb. 19, with the first episode (of 10) airing on CBS, “The Good Fight” follows Christine Baranski as Diane Lockhart, as she is forced out of her law firm and joins join Lucca Quinn (Cush Jumbo) at one of Chicago’s pre-eminent law firms. The series also stars Sarah Steele, who also reprises her role from “The Good Wife,” Rose Leslie, Delroy Lindo, Erica Tazel and Justin Bartha.

Originally intended to launch in the spring as CBS All Access’ second original scripted endeavor, “The Good Fight’s” premiere was moved up following delays on the streamer’s other original series, “Star Trek: Discovery,” which is now expected next fall.
