‘The Mindy Project’ Renewed for a Sixth – and Final – Season on Hulu

No Confirmation, However, on the Number of New Episodes Ordered

Hulu has picked-up single-camera comedy “The Mindy Project” for its sixth and final season to premiere September 2017 on Hulu. Debuting on Fox on Sept. 25, 2012, Hulu came to the rescue in 2015 when the network called the Mindy Kaling half-hour after three seasons. In addition to Kaling, the series stars Ed Weeks (Jeremy Reed), Ike Barinholtz (Morgan Tookers), Beth Grant (Beverly), Xosha Roquemore (Tamra Webb) and Fortune Feimster (Colette Kimball-Kinney).

Seasons one through five of “The Mindy Project,” which follows a skilled OB/GYN navigating the tricky waters of both her personal and professional life, is now streaming on Hulu.
