  1. Don’t really understand ABC’s logic repeating Friday’s comedies on Saturdays unless they were thinking about testing them out there at some point in the future. Also LMS will be getting repeated in primetime every weeknight on WGN in the Chicagoland area where Chicago sports doesn’t air starting in the fall. WGN has always had a huge history of success with multi-cam repeats not so much with single-cams. That’s why I don’t understand why broadcasters don’t try to get their multi-cams particularly NBC to syndication for that reason.

    • As a rule, you only get success when you have a good show that is getting good ratings in its original run.

NBC hasn’t had one of those for years.

Like all other networks, they keep renewing low-rated shows to feed the syndication pipeline, but you don’t get much money for shows with small ratings.

  2. Olympics will make these ratings look a lot different next Saturday.

Also Miss Teen USA aired online again last night and I don’t understand how FOX or any of these other networks wouldn’t had been interested in airing it last night where all of this low-rated garbage wouldn’t have done any better.

    • It IS sad that the networks decided a dozen years ago that Saturdays need not be programmed (apparently to “save money”…
