NBC Renews ‘Superstore’ for Season 4

22 New Episodes Ordered for 2018-19

NBC has handed an early fourth season renewal to comedy “Superstore,” with an order for 22 new episodes in the 2018-19 season. Debuting on Nov. 30, 2015, “Superstore” follows a group of employees working at “Cloud 9”, store number 1217, a fictional department store in St. Louis.

“’Superstore’ is one of our signature NBC comedies, and we’re so pleased to be bringing it back for the 2018-19 season,”
outgoing NBC Entertainment president Jennifer Salke said Wednesday in making the announcement.
 
In its current third season, “Superstore,” starring America Ferrara, has increased year-to-year by three percent in total viewers (5.2 million) and six percent in adults 18-49 (1.7 rating) in the Thursday 8 p.m. ET half-hour.
