Netflix Picks Up ‘F is For Family’ for Season Two

Ten New Episodes of the Animated Sitcom Ordered

Creator Bill Burr confirmed on Twitter and Facebook that Netflix has issued a second season renewal to animated sitcom “F is For Family.” Created by Burr and Michael Price (“The Simpsons”), the series follows a dysfunctional family named Murphy in the 1970’s, “a time when you could smack your kid, smoke inside, and bring a gun to the airport.” Burr voices the father, Frank Murphy; Laura Dern voices Frank’s wife, Sue; and Justin Long is the voice of the family’s oldest son, Kevin.

Debuting on December 18, 2015, 10 new episodes of “F is For Family” have been ordered for season two. Six episodes aired in season one.
