‘To Tell the Truth’ and ‘Match Game’ to Return in January

Game shows “To Tell the Truth” and “The Match Game” are returning on ABC in January. “To Tell the Truth,” hosted by “black-ish” star Anthony Anderson, will open season two on Sunday, Jan. 1 at 9 p.m. ET. It will then air in a two-hour block beginning at 8 p.m. on Jan. 8.

The double dose of “To Tell the Truth” fills in for “Once Upon a Time” and “Secrets and Lies,” the latter of which finishes its 10-episode second season in early December. “The Match Game,” hosted by Alec Baldwin, returns on Wednesday, Jan. 4 at 10 p.m. temporarily in place of “Designated Survivor,” which takes a break.
