-Ratings Breakdown:
It was no contest, with the home of “America’s Got Talent,” NBC, soaring to Tuesday overnight victory care of the stellar 8.2 rating/14 share in households for the perennial reality/competition from 8-10 p.m. Comparably, this was nine percent above the 7.5/12 on the year-ago evening, again unprecedented for a series in season 12. And it led into a second-place 2.8/ 5 for “Hollywood Game Night” at 10 p.m., which slipped by a significant 66 percent in the household overnights.

Also original last night was a one-hour edition of “Bachelor in Paradise” on ABC, which scored a respectable 3.4/ 5 from 8-9 p.m. But a mere average 1.4/ 2 for two encore telecasts of sitcom “black-ish” from 9-10 p.m. could indicate “black-ish” is not strong enough to anchor the Tuesday 9 p.m. half-hour this fall. And he sitcom led into a 1.4/ 2 for failed summer drama “Somewhere Between” at 10 p.m., which was actually above average.

The remainder of the evening was all repeat telecasts.

Really good show last night on AGT. Who do you think will win? Odds are the little girl that sings so good will win. Not sure myself.

    • I think the girl in the picture. She is truly amazing.

The first winner of AGT did the same thing and is worth millions now. He has a big show in Las Vegas..
