‘Pretty Little Liars’ May Not Be Ending After Season 7

Fans Speak Out After Word of its Premature Demise

It looks like ABC Family/Freeform social media sensation “Pretty Little Liars” may not be ending after seven seasons, as recently reported.  Creator Marlene King, who began a Twitter frenzy after she suggested the young female driven series would end is now claiming she meant the current storyline would conclude.  “What I said was ‘This Uber A story that starts on January 12 will end when season seven ends,'” she wrote on Twitter. “I did not say “PLL.”

Debuting on June 8, 2010, “Pretty Little Liars” received a two season renewal in 2014 and is expected to air the concluding of season seven in the spring of 2017.  ABC Family/Freeform has not commented on the future beyond 2017, but will more than likely not abandon its most buzzed about series.
