37th Annual Sports Emmy Award Winners Announced

The National Academy of Television Arts and Sciences (NATAS) announced the winners for the 37th Annual Sports Emmy® Awards on Tuesday, May 10, at a ceremony in New York City.

Fox Sports led with 10 wins, followed by ESPN with nine, NBC with seven, HBO with five, CBS with four, TNT and MLB Network with three each, NFL Films with two, and Univision and Showtime with one each.

FS1’s “Fox Sports Live” and CBS’ “Super Bowl 50” coverage tied for the most individual wins with three.

Legendary CBS broadcaster Verne Lundquist received the Lifetime Achievement Award.
