Starz Renews Drama ‘Vida’ for Season 2

Production Just Concluded on Season One

Starz has issued a renewal for a second season of half-hour drama “Vida” just days after it wrapped production on season one. Debuting on May 6, 2018, “Vida” follows two Mexican-American sisters (Melissa Barerra and Mishel Prada) from the Eastside of Los Angeles  who couldn’t be more different or distanced from each other. Circumstances force them to return to their old neighborhood, where they are confronted by the past and shocking truth about their mother’s identity.”

The new episode count and return date has not been announced yet. Six episodes aired in season one.
