Tuesday Final Ratings: ‘The Middle’ on ABC Ends its Series Run with Multi-Year Finale Milestones

Buoyed by the season finale of “Roseanne” as its lead-in, the 1-hour series finale of ABC’s “The Middle” (7.1 million viewers; Adults 18-49: 1.7 rating/7 share), delivered the comedy’s best finale figures in 4 years with viewers and in 3 years with young adults – since 2014 and since 2015, respectively.
