    “GREAT NEWS” EQUALS ITS TOP RATING SINCE PREMIERING ON APRIL 25

    NBC Wins Tuesday in 18-49 among the Big 4, led by the #1 show of the night in 18-49 and total viewers, “The Voice.”

    The finale of “The Voice 12” (1.9/7 in 18-49, 9.1 million viewers overall from 9-11 p.m. ET):
    · Grows +27% week to week in 18-49 (1.9 vs. 1.5)
    · Increases to NBC’s top rating in the time period in nine weeks (since March 14, the night of the “This Is Us” season finale).
    · Outrates ABC’s 8:30-11 p.m. “Dancing With the Stars” finale by a +46% margin in 18-49 (1.9 vs. 1.3).
    · Moves ahead of “Dancing” in total viewers (9.070 million vs. 8.839 million).
    · Is the #1 show of the night on the Big 4 networks in adults 18-49 and total viewers.
    · Wins the timeslot among those nets in every key measure.
    · Earns the top “Voice” Tuesday rating since April 4 in 18-49 (1.9 in 18-49).
    · The year-ago “Voice” finale earned a 2.2 in 18-49 and 10.594 million viewers overall on Tuesday, May 19, 2015.

    “Great News” (0.7/3 in 18-49, 3.1 million viewers overall from 8-8:30 p.m. ET):
    · In a special earlier 8 p.m. timeslot, maintains 100% of last week’s regular-slot rating in 18-49 (0.7 vs. 0.7).
    · Upscale: “Great News” is a strong upscale performer, with the 9 p.m. episode averaging a 122 index among adults 18-49 living in $100K+ homes and the 9:30 telecast delivering a 116.

    A second telecast of “Great News” (0.8/3 in 18-49, 3.1 million viewers overall from 8:30-9 p.m. ET):
    · Equals the show’s highest rating since its premiere week, April 25 (1.2 at 9 p.m., 1.0 at 9:30).
    · Despite starting an hour earlier, grows +33% versus last week’s second telecast in 18-49 (0.8 vs. 0.6) and +24% in total viewers (3.074 million vs. 2.486 million), pending updates.
    · Increases by +14% on its lead-in in adults 18-49 and also grows in adults 18-34, adults 25-54 and all key adult-female demos

    In Late-Night Metered Markets Tuesday Night:

    · In Nielsen’s 56 metered markets, household results were: “The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon,” 2.4/6; “Late Show with Stephen Colbert,” 2.6/7; and ABC’s “Jimmy Kimmel Live,” 2.0/5.

    · In the 25 markets with Local People Meters, adult 18-49 results were: “The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon,” 0.8/4; “Late Show,” 0.5/3; and “Jimmy Kimmel Live,” 0.6/3.

    · From 12:35-1:05 a.m. ET, ABC’s “Nightline” averaged a 1.3/4 in metered-market households and a 0.4/3 in 18-49 in the Local People Meters.

    · From 12:35-1:35 a.m. ET, ratings were: “Late Night with Seth Meyers,” 1.3/5 in metered-market households; CBS’s “Late Late Show,” 1.2/5. In the 25 markets with Local People Meters, averages were: “Late Night,” 0.3/3 in 18-49; “Late Late Show,” 0.3/2.

    · At 1:35 a.m., “Last Call with Carson Daly” averaged a 0.7/3 in metered-market households and a 0.2/3 in adults 18-49 in the 25 markets with local people meters.

    ABC Tuesday Prime (8-11pm – 8.3 million and 1.3/5 in AD18-49): With Downward Dog and the season finale of Dancing with the Stars opposite season finale competition including NBC’s The Voice, ABC was the most watched network on the final Tuesday of the season by 1.2 million viewers over runner-up CBS (8.3 million vs. 7.1 million) and ran within 2-tenths of NBC Adults 18-49 (1.3/5 vs. 1.5/6).

    Downward Dog (8-8:30pm – 5.7 million and 1.0/4 in AD18-49): At 8pm on its time period premiere, ABC’s Downward Dog spiked by 1.0 million viewers from last week’s Wednesday debut out of the Modern Family finale (5.7 million vs. 4.7 million) and held steady in Adults 18-49 (1.0/4 vs. 1.1/4), generating 10-week high for the Net in the half-hour with Total Viewers – since 3/14/17. Downward Dog was also up from its debut in Adults 18-34 (+20%), Men 18-34 (+33%) and Teens 12-17 (+50%). The new ABC comedy ranked #1 in its half-hour across all key Women demos (W18-34/W18-49/W25-54) and earned 2nd in viewers and young adults.

    Dancing with the Stars (9-11pm – 8.8 million and 1.3/5 in AD18-49): Airing from 8:30-11pm, ABC’s Dancing with the Stars finale was Tuesday’s #2 TV show in Total Viewers (8.3 million) and Adults 18-49 (1.3/5) to NBC’s The Voice finale, beating season finales on CBS and Fox.

    · In viewers and young adults, Dancing produced ABC’s best numbers in the 2-1/2 hour time slot in 6 months – since 11/22/16.
