Wednesday Final Nationals: CBS and Fox Share Leadership on Thanksgiving Eve

Thanksgiving Eve normally produces lower-than-normal viewing levels and this Wednesday night was no different as CBS led in total viewers (7.77 million) while Fox was best in adults 18-49 (2.2 rating/8 share), adults 18-34 (1.9/9) and adults 25-54 (2.6/8).

While Fox’s “Empire(Women 18-34: 3.6/14; Men 18-34: 2.1/10; Women 18-49: 4.0/13; Men 18-49: 2.3/8) and a two-hour episode of CBS’s “Survivor Cambodia: Second Chance(Women 18-34: 1.3/5; Men 18-34: 0.8/4; Women 18-49: 2.1/7; Men 18-49: 1.5/6) were prime time’s two top TV programs, they each dipped to series lows on the low-watched evening overall.
