The big 50! James Garner made his debut as Jim Rockford in “The Rockford Files” TV movie pilot in 1974. The detective drama aired on NBC from 1974 to 1980. The Rockford Files won five Primetime Emmy Awards in total: Outstanding Drama Series, James Garner for Outstanding Lead Actor in a Drama and two wins for Stuart Margolis for Outstanding Supporting Actor in a Drama.

And also beginning in 2002: Fox sitcom “Greg the Bunny,” the tale an unemployed puppet whose human roommate (Seth Green) gets him a job interview with his father (Eugene Levy), a kids’ show producer. It also starred Sarah Silverman. Only 11 episodes aired on Fox, with the remaining two half-hour episodes on cable network IFC. An additional shorts of “Greg the Bunny” aired on IFC in 2005 and 2006. Eugene Levy, of course, found far greater success in sitcom “Schitt’s Creek.
