College Football 2024 Week 7 TV and Announcer Schedule

The 2024 edition of the Red River Rivalry pits the Longhorns (5-0, 1-0 SEC) against the Sooners (4-1, 1-1) (ABC, Oct. 12 @ 3:30 p.m. ET). Oklahoma has won five of the last six meetings after Nic Anderson‘s late touchdown catch gave the Sooners a 34-30 win over Texas last year.

The Trojans (3-2, 1-2) and No. 4 Nittany Lions (5-0, 2-0) meet for the first time as Big Ten combatants (CBS, Oct. 12 @ 3:30 p.m. ET). Penn State goes for a sweep of the Los Angeles schools after dispatching UCLA 27-11 in Week 6. The Lions are 5-0 for the fourth straight year.

The No. 3 Ducks (5-0, 2-0 Big Ten) host the No. 2 Buckeyes (5-0, 2-0) (NBC, Oct. 12 @ 7:30 p.m. ET). In the last meeting in 2021, Oregon avenged a 2015 title game loss to Ohio State by winning 35-28. Ohio State leads the nation with only 6.8 points allowed per game this season.

The No. 9 Rebels face the No. 13 Tigers (ABC, Oct. 12 @ 7:30 p.m. ET). Entering Week 7, Ole Miss’ Jaxson Dart ranked second in FBS with 2,100 passing yards, while teammate Tre Harris led the nation in receiving. Dart totaled five touchdowns in a 55-49 win for Ole Miss over LSU in 2023.

7:00 PM: Florida International @ Liberty (CBSSN)
Announcers: Jordan Kent, Donte Whitner
The Flames (4-0, 2-0 CUSA) return to action by hosting the Panthers (2-3, 1-0). Liberty hasn’t played since Sept. 21, after Hurricane Helene forced the cancelation of their game against App State. Florida International fell 38-6 to Liberty last year.

7:30 PM: New Mexico State @ Jacksonville State (ESPN2)
Announcers: Clay Matvick, Steve Addazio
The Gamecocks go up against the Aggies. Jacksonville State has outscored opponents 107-31 across a current two-game win streak. Tyler Huff (JKST) ran for 176 yards and three TDs in his last game Oct. 4. New Mexico State won 20-17 in a 2023 meeting.

7:30 PM: Coastal Carolina @ James Madison (ESPN2)
Announcers: Matt Barrie, Dan Mullen
High-scoring Sun Belt sides meet as the Dukes host the Chanticleers. James Madison averages 39 points per game, while Coastal Carolina scores 38.4 ppg. The Dukes defeated the Chanticleers in each of the last two years by a combined 103-21 score.

8:00 PM: UTEP @ Western Kentucky (ESPNU)
Announcers: Mike Corey, Rene Ingoglia
The Hilltoppers (3-2, 1-0 C-USA) welcome the Miners (0-5, 0-2) to the Bluegrass State. Western Kentucky has won all four previous meetings against UTEP. The Miners recently announced they would be joining the Mountain West Conference in 2026.

8:00 PM: Middle Tennessee @ Louisiana Tech (CBSSN)
Announcers: Alex Del Barrio, Brock Vereen
The Blue Raiders (1-4, 0-1 C-USA) and Bulldogs (1-3, 0-1) both seek their first 2024 win over an FBS foe. The teams have split their last six meetings. Middle Tennessee’s Nicholas Vattiato threw for two TDs and rushed for another in the 2023 win.

6:00 PM: Harvard @ Cornell (ESPN2)
Announcers: Eric Frede, Jack Ford
Harvard and Cornell see red at Schoellkopf Field. The Crimson have won the past four meetings after beating up the Big Red 41-23 in 2023. Jameson Wang threw for four TDs and ran for another as Cornell won its conference opener over Yale on Sept. 28.

8:00 PM: Northwestern @ Maryland (FS1)
Announcers: Connor Onion, Mark Helfrich
The Terrapins share the field with the Wildcats. Northwestern avenged a 31-24 loss at Maryland in 2022 by beating the Terrapins 33-27 in 2023. Cam Porter (NU) scored twice, including nabbing his only career TD reception, in that victory last season.

9:00 PM: UNLV @ Utah State (CBSSN)
Announcers: Carter Blackburn, Randy Cross
The Rebels (4-1, 1-0 MWC) try to return to the win column when they visit the Aggies (1-4, 0-1). UNLV’s undefeated season was snuffed out by Syracuse in overtime Oct. 4. UNLV snapped a six-game slide versus Utah State in their last meeting in 2022.

9:15 PM: Prairie View A&M @ UAPB (ESPN2)
Announcers: Tiffany Greene, Jay Walker
The Golden Lions host the Panthers. On Oct. 5, Prairie View A&M lost in its first outing since winning in the fifth overtime at the State Fair Classic. In 2023, Prairie View A&M beat Arkansas-Pine Bluff 38-14 for its 10th victory in 11 series tries.

10:30 PM: (16) Utah @ Arizona State (ESPN)
Announcers: Anish Shroff, Andre Ware, Paul Carcaterra
Former Pac-12 rivals in the Sun Devils and No. 16 Utes meet for the first time as Big 12 members. Utah won the last four meetings by a combined 145-40 score. The Utes try to avoid an Arizona sweep after losing to the Wildcats 23-10 in Week 5.

The No. 7 Crimson Tide host the Gamecocks. Alabama comes off a stunning 40-35 setback at Vanderbilt. South Carolina lost 27-3 the same week to then-No. 12 Ole Miss. The two schools have played just once since 2010, with Bama winning 47-23 in 2019. South Carolina (3-2, 1-2) dropped two of its last three games; No. 7 Alabama (4-1, 1-1) looks to rebound from its first loss to Vanderbilt since 1984.

12:00 PM: Washington @ Iowa (Fox)

The Huskies (4-2, 2-1) and Hawkeyes (3-2, 1-1) meet for the first time since 1995, and as Big Ten foes. Washington comes off a 27-17 win over then-No. 10 Michigan. Huskies senior Will Rogers passed for 271 yards and two touchdowns in that game. Washington (4-2, 2-1) exacted a bit of revenge with its 27-17 upset of No. 10 Michigan behind Will Rogers; Iowa (3-2, 1-1) comes off a 35-7 loss to Ohio State.

12:00 PM: (10) Clemson @ Wake Forest (ESPN)
Announcers: Dave Pasch, Dusty Dvoracek
The No. 10 Tigers tangle with the Demon Deacons. Clemson seeks a fifth straight win in 2024, and 16th consecutive verdict in the series with Wake Forest. Entering Week 7, Clemson’s Phil Mafah ranked seventh nationally with 7.3 yards per rush attempt.

12:00 PM: (21) Missouri @ Massachusetts (ESPN2)
Announcers: Roy Philpott, Sam Acho
The No. 21 Tigers (4-1) take a break from SEC competition to visit the Minutemen (1-5). Missouri returned from the bye and saw its unbeaten season halted at then-No. 25 Texas A&M, 41-10 on Oct. 5. This is the first meeting between these programs.

12:00 PM: Toledo @ Buffalo (ESPNU)
Announcers: Courtney Lyle, Rene Ingoglia
The Bulls (3-2) and Rockets (4-1) try to move to 2-0 in MAC play with this Week 7 clash. Toledo snapped a three-game series slide last year, prevailing 31-13 for its first win over Buffalo since 2013. The Bulls are 2-0 at home this season.

12:00 PM: Georgia Tech @ North Carolina (CW)
Announcers: Thom Brennaman, Max Browne
The Tar Heels (3-3, 0-2 ACC) host the Yellow Jackets (4-2, 2-2). Georgia Tech has claimed five of the last six meetings after outgunning North Carolina 46-42 last year. Entering Week 7, Omarion Hampton (UNC) was third in FBS with 764 rushing yards. Georgia Tech (4-2, 2-2) won its last three meetings with North Carolina (3-3, 0-2) after a 46-42 win last season behind four passing TDs from Haynes King.

12:00 PM: Wisconsin @ Rutgers (BTN)
Announcers: Jeff Levering, Jake Butt
The Scarlet Knights try to rally against the Badgers. Kyle Monangai was held out of the end zone for the first time this year as Rutgers fell 14-7 at Nebraska. Wisconsin followed up two losses to ranked schools by thumping Purdue 52-6 on Oct. 5.

12:00 PM: UAB @ Army (CBSSN)

The Black Knights ride high into a battle with the Blazers. Army is 5-0 for the first time since 1996 after trouncing Tulsa 49-7. Entering Week 7, Army’s Bryson Daily paced all quarterbacks with 602 rushing yards, with his 10 TDs tying for the lead.

No. 4 Penn State (5-0, 2-0) is top 10 in the nation in scoring defense, allowing 11.4 ppg; USC (3-2, 1-2) is 2-0 at home after a 38-21 win over Wisconsin.

The Cardinal (2-3) and the Fighting Irish (4-1) continue their historic rivalry. Notre Dame has won four of the last five meetings with Stanford after a 56-23 victory in California last year. Riley Leonard (ND) has seven rushing TDs in 2024. Stanford (2-3) dropped two straight after a 26-24 win over Syracuse; No. 11 Notre Dame (4-1) won three straight after a 31-24 win over then-No. 15 Louisville.

3:30 PM: California @ (22) Pittsburgh (ESPN)

The Golden Bears face the No. 22 Panthers. Pittsburgh is 5-0 for the first time since 1991, and owns the nation’s sixth ranked offense at 45.6 points per game. In Week 6, California hosted ESPN’s College GameDay, but fell to then-No. 8 Miami 39-38.

3:30 PM: Cincinnati @ UCF (ESPN2)
Announcers: Mike Monaco, Kirk Morrison, Dawn Davenport
The Bearcats visit the Knights. On Sept. 28, Cincinnati fell 44-41 at Texas Tech despite Brendan Sorsby’s 426 passing yards. The programs have met every year since 2015, with UCF holding a 5-4 edge in that span thanks to a 28-26 decision in 2023.

3:30 PM: Purdue @ (23) Illinois (FS1)

The No. 23 Fighting Illini return to compete for the Purdue Cannon with the Boilermakers. Illinois’ perfect season ended Sept. 28 with a loss at then-No. 9 Penn State. Purdue has won seven of the past eight meetings, with a 44-19 victory in 2023.

The Cardinals (3-2, 1-1) travel to challenge the Cavaliers (4-1, 2-0) in an ACC affair. Louisville scored a 31-24 decision for a second straight win over Virginia in 2023. UVA returned from the bye to dump Boston College 24-14 on Oct. 5.

The Cowboys (1-4, 1-0) and Aztecs (2-3, 1-0) resume their Mountain West slates. Entering Week 7, San Diego State edge rusher Trey White co-led the nation with nine sacks. SDSU won four of the last five meetings with Wyoming, with the last in 2019.

The Rams run into the Spartans. Colorado State had won four straight meetings before falling 28-16 in a trip to San Jose State in 2022. Following play in Week 6, SJSU’s Nick Nash led the country with 55 receptions and nine receiving touchdowns.

Central Michigan hosts Ohio. Both MAC programs are 3-2, 1-0 and coming off a bye after Week 5 wins. Ohio beat Akron in its conference opener, while CMU outlasted San Diego State. The Bobcats snapped a six-game slide against the Chippewas in 2023.

A battle of the Bulldogs sees Mississippi State (1-4, 0-2 SEC) facing No. 5 Georgia (4-1, 2-1). Mississippi State hasn’t scored a victory over Georgia since 2010. Carson Beck completed 23-of-29 passes in Georgia’s 31-13 win over Auburn on Oct. 5.

The No. 8 Volunteers (4-1, 1-1 SEC) limp home to face the Gators (3-2, 1-1). Tennessee comes off a stunning 19-14 loss at Arkansas. Florida leads the series 32-21, but Tennessee prevailed in the last meeting at Neyland Stadium, 38-33 in 2022.

The Mean Green visit the Owls. North Texas trounced Tulsa 52-20 in its conference opener Sept. 28. North Texas won the last two meetings, but Florida Atlantic prevailed twice at home in 2017 including in the Conference USA championship game.

The Cougars visit the Bulldogs. Fresno State will join Washington State in the new-look Pac-12 in 2026. Fresno State handled Washington State in the 2022 LA Bowl. Kyle Williams (WSU) has turned 25 catches into 465 yards and five touchdowns in 2024.

The Falcons seek their sixth straight victory over the Lobos in a Mountain West contest. Air Force tries to snap a four-game slide after falling to Navy 34-7. New Mexico rushed for 331 yards and seven touchdowns in a 50-40 win over New Mexico State.

The Commodores and Wildcats ride high into this contest. On Oct. 5, Vanderbilt beat the AP No. 1 squad for the first time in program history by outlasting Alabama 40-35. Kentucky last played Sept. 28 when it knocked off then-No. 6 Ole Miss 20-17.

8:00 PM: (11) Iowa State @ West Virginia (Fox)

The Mountaineers (3-2, 2-0 Big 12) play host to the No. 11 Cyclones (5-0, 2-0). Iowa State has won four of the last five meetings, but dropped a 38-31 decision in its last visit to West Virginia. No. 11 Iowa State (5-0, 2-0) is 5-0 for the first time since 1980; West Virginia (3-2, 2-0) won two straight after a 38-14 win over Oklahoma State.

The Thundering Herd run up on the Eagles. Marshall comes off a 52-37 thriller over Appalachian State, with quarterback Braylon Braxton racking up five total TDs. Entering Week 7, Marshall’s Mike Green was tied for third nationally with seven sacks.

Kyle McCord leads the Orange (4-1, 1-1 ACC) into a conference match with the Wolfpack (3-3, 0-2). McCord’s 17 touchdown passes puts him second in the nation after six weeks, three behind Miami’s Cam Ward. NC State is 7-3 against Syracuse in ACC play.

9:00 PM: Minnesota @ UCLA (BTN)
Announcers: Guy Haberman, Yogi Roth, Rhett Lewis
The Golden Gophers journey nearly 2,000 miles for a Big Ten outing against the Bruins. Minnesota comes off a win over UCLA’s inner-city rival USC. Quarterback Max Brosmer scored three TDs to help Minnesota take down the former No. 11 ranked squad.

Announcers: Mark Jones, Roddy Jones, Quint Kessenich
Heisman Trophy candidate Travis Hunter leads the Buffaloes (4-1, 2-0 Big 12) against the No. 18 Wildcats (4-1, 1-1). Hunter boasts 46 catches for six touchdowns as a receiver, as well as 15 tackles and two interceptions as a cornerback for Colorado.

10:15 PM: Idaho @ Montana State (ESPN2)
Announcers: Jay Alter, Rocky Boiman
The Bobcats (6-0, 2-0) host the Vandals (4-2, 1-1) for a Big Sky Conference showdown. The sides have split the last four meetings after Idaho prevailed 24-21 in 2023. Montana State, ranked third in the FCS coaches poll, average 41.8 points per game.

11:00 PM: (17) Boise State @ Hawaii (CBSSN)
Announcers: Rich Waltz, Robert Turbin
The No. 17 Broncos (4-1, 1-0) charge into a Mountain West date with the Rainbow Warriors (2-3, 0-1). Boise State has won three in a row after clobbering Utah State 62-30 in its conference opener, and is seeking a 10th straight victory over Hawaii.
