Ratings Breakdown:
It was all about “America’s Got Talent” on NBC, as usual, with the two-hour telecast at a 7.0 rating/12 share in households from 8-10 p.m. Comparably, that more than doubled competing “Bachelor in Paradise” on ABC (#3: 3.0/ 5).

Despite the ample lead-in support, NBC reality/competition “Making Hit,” hosted by Amy Poehler and Nick Offerman, dropped to a series low 2.3/ 5 in the 10 p.m. hour, which trailed an encore telecast of “NCIS: New Orleans” on CBS (3.0/ 6) by 23 percent. Third in the time period was recently introduced ABC reality competition “The Castaways” at a series low 1.7/ 3.

Also original last night was just renewed Fox game show “Beat Shazam” (#4: 1.6/ 3 at 8 p.m.) and CW drama “The Outpost” (#5: 0.4/ 1 at 9 p.m.).

The remainder of the evening was all repeats.
