Ratings Breakdown:
The 30 to 23 victory for the Philadelphia Eagles over the Los Angeles Rams on “Sunday Night Football” led NBC to solid overnight dominance, with an estimated 12.5 household rating and a 6.6 rating in adults 18-49 from 8:30-11:30 p.m. ET. CBS also got a boost with a primetime football overrun in the 7 p.m. half-hour (19.6 rating/34 share) into an inflated (and estimated) 10.3/17 for granddaddy “60 Minutes” from 7:30-8:30 p.m.

The remainder of the Eye net line-up – “God Friended Me” (#2: 5.8/10 from 8:30-9:30 p.m.), “NCIS: Los Angeles” (#2: 5.0/ 8 from 9:30-10:30 p.m.) and an encore telecast of “FBI” (#3: 3.1/ 6 at 11 p.m.) – was at typical overnight levels.

In the specials department was “Miss Universe 2018” on Fox, hosted by Steve Harvey, at a modest 3.0/ 5 from 8-10 p.m. The CW featured 90-minute ‘iHeartRadio Jingle Ball 2018” (#5: 0.4/ 1 from 8-9:30 p.m.) into a 0.3/ 1 for half-hour one-time Discontinued” at a 0.3/ 1 (#5) at 9:30 p.m. And the annual airing of 1965 classic “The Sound of Music” on ABC averaged a 2.9/ 5 from 8-11 p.m.
