Monday Overnights: More Victory for NBC Thanks to ‘AGT: Champions’

“America’s Got Talent: The Champions” lifted NBC to another Monday overnight victory, with a solid 6.6 rating/11 share in the household overnights from 8-10 p.m. Comparably, that outdelivered competing “The Bachelor” on ABC (4.4/ 7) by a hefty 50 percent. Also competing in the world of reality competitions was “Big Brother: Celebrity Edition,” which finished fourth in the overnights with a 3.3/ 5 in the 8 p.m. hour.

On Fox, episode three of new drama “The Passage” dipped to a 2.9/ 5 (#4) in the 9 p.m. hour, which was 12 percent below the 3.3/ 5 one week earlier and 27 percent below lead-in “The Resident” (#3: 4.0/ 7 at 8 p.m.).

On The CW, there was nothing unusual to report with the modest pairing of “Arrow” (#5: 1.0/ 2 at 8 p.m.) and “Black Lightning” (#5: 0.8/ 1 at 9 p.m.).

Tops at 10 p.m. was ABC drama “The Good Doctor” (#1: 4.6/ 8), which bested competing “Manifest” on NBC (#2: 3.8/ 7) by 21 percent.
