Peter Vitale has been recognized as one of AllState’s top insurance agency owners after just one year of agency ownership. Being named to the company’s Honor Ring shows that Vitale is one of All State’s top agency owners in the Bloomfield, Michigan area. Moreover, the recognition establishes Vitale as one of AllState’s top agency owners nationwide.
The AllState Honor Ring
AllState established the Honor Ring to recognize insurance agencies across the country that maintain high standards and demonstrate excellent performance. The shortlist of top-performing agency owners does largely reflect agencies that are growing tremendously and thereby, generating increasing sales revenues both for themselves and the AllState company. This growth, however, must be accompanied by excellent service in order to meet the high requirements and sustain ongoing growth.
For any insurance agency, increasing performance while maintaining excellent service isn’t easy to accomplish. The nature of insurance means that agents are regularly interacting with clients and communities when bad things happen, and even in the best circumstances, an agent must discuss disasters that could strike. To navigate these topics in a way that’s sensitive to clients, yet ensures they can prepare for the unthinkable in a wise way, requires understanding, knowledge and dedication.
Being named to the AllState Honor Ring is a recognition that any insurance agency owner would be proud to have. Few ever earn the honor during their career, and very few during their first year. The fact that Michigan-based Insurance Consultant Peter Vitale was named to the Honor Ring after his first year of agency ownership is a testament to his work and his team’s accomplishments.

AllState named Peter Vitale to the 2015 Honor Ring based on his agency’s performance and metrics throughout the previous year. The awards are given in the following year so that a full year’s worth of data can be compiled and reviewed. Obviously, this ensures that appropriate attention is paid to comprehensive success as a whole.
Peter Vitale took ownership of his AllState insurance agency in 2014, making this the first year he was eligible for the Honor Ring designation. In earning such a distinctive recognition, he expressed both gratitude and pride. Vitale commented, “It’s a tremendous honor to earn this prestigious award from Allstate…We are extremely proud of this recognition and proud of the fact that so many customers trust us to help them with their insurance needs.”
As he was discussing the award, Vitale also explained what his insurance agency sought to provide the Bloomfield, Michigan community. In his words, “My agency is fully committed to helping Allstate’s customers better understand the risks they may face in their household and provide solutions that help meet those needs.”
Through the AllState agency, Peter Vitale and his team have accomplished that goal. Being named to the company’s Honor Ring in the agency’s first year is a testament to how well Vitale’s team serves their clients.

Peter Vitale now serves small to medium sized insurance agencies as a Business Consultant who helps with performance optimization. Many of the insights that Vitale shares with clients stem from his personal experience as an agency owner. In addition to his recognition on All State’s 2015 Honor Ring, Vitale also received the AllState Inner Circle Elite Aware for 2015. A local community leader, Peter Vitale also serves on the Better Business Bureau of Eastern Michigan’s Board of Directors, specifically sitting on the Executive Committee and the Educational Foundation. Vitale studied Accounting and Political Science at Oakland University.
