AMC Renews ‘Eli Roth’s History of Horror’

Six New Episodes Ordered

AMC has greenlit “Eli Roth’s History of Horror” for a third, six-episode season, set to launch later this year. It comes after the second season of the show premiered in October. Debuting in 2018, the series offers in-depth look at the history and pop cultural significance of horror films by bringing together horror creators and stars such as Stephen King, Jordan Peele and Quentin Tarantino to explore the genre’s biggest themes and reveal the inspirations and struggles behind some of its biggest movies.

The upcoming third season will feature episodes titled “Sinister Psychics”, “Infections”, “Mad Scientists”, “Apocalyptic Horror”, “Sequels That Don’t Suck” and Holiday “Horror.”
