NBC Announces Fall 2016 Series Premieres

Season two of drama “Blindspot” will launch NBC’s fall, with a Wednesday 10 p.m. installment on Sept. 14 out of the two-hour season-finale of “America’s Got Talent.” One week later, during official launch week, “Blindspot” debuts as the Wednesday 8 p.m. anchor (into returning “Law & Order: SVU” and “Chicago PD”). One week earlier will be the start of the new season of “Sunday Night Football” on Thursday, Sept. 8 in a match-up between the Denver Broncos and the Carolina Panthers.

NBC will preview new sitcom “The Good Place,” starring Kristen Bell and Ted Danson, on Monday, Sept. 19 at 10 p.m. (out of the season premiere of “The Voice”). And there is still no confirmed return date for drama “Grimm” in the Friday 9 p.m. hour.
