ABC Orders ‘Celebrity Wheel of Fortune’

Game Show Expected to Launch in Primetime in Early 2021

ABC has greenit a primetime edition of veteran syndicated game show “Celebrity Wheel of Fortune” from Sony Pictures Television, hosted by Pat Sajak and Vanna White. In each episode, celebrities will play for a chance to win up to $1 million for their charity of choice. Mike Richards has been tapped as the executive producer.

“Celebrity Wheel of Fortune” follows CBS’ “The Price is Right” and “Let’s Make A Deal,” which have both recently aired as specials in primetime. And the news came just one day after the passing of legendary “Jeopardy!” host Alex Trebek.
