A&E Cancels ‘Unforgettable’

The Poppy Montgomery Crime Solver Cheated Death Twice

After managing to get reprieved twice, drama “Unforgettable,” starring Poppy Montgomery and Dylan Walsh, is indeed over. Current home A&E, which picked up the Sony TV-produced crime solver for a fourth season from CBS, has opted against season five.

Debuting on CBS on Sept. 20, 2011 and canceled after one season (despite averaging over 12-million viewers), the Eye net decided to reverse its decision and brought back “Unforgetabble” as a summer option in 2013 and 2014. After being canceled a second time, A&E came to the rescue with an order for 13 new episodes. The now final episode of “Unforgettable”was telecast on Jan. 22, and 61 hours were produced in total.
