Taking a vacation has numerous benefits and perks. It can be great for your mental health to get away from the usual day-to-day routine you have. You can take time off from work and stress. It is especially a great way to immerse yourself in different cultures and make memories with your loved ones. You can meet people from all over the world and even learn new languages. Here are the five best vacations you should take soon.

Take a Cruise

Going on a cruise is a fun way to spend your time off. There are many amenities and activities to enjoy on the ship. On most cruise ships there are pools, variations of food, music, shopping, dancing, and even casinos. When the cruise docks you can get off and explore different destinations and islands.

The hardest part of planning a cruise vacation is deciding on where you should go. You could consider taking a transatlantic cruise. You may want to explore Mexico, other parts of the Caribbean, and even the Mediterranean. Cruises can be a romantic option and great for families also. You may want to get a large group together to spend time with while you are on the ship.

Go to Bora Bora

Bora Bora is a small island northwest of Tahiti and it is located in French Polynesia. The water is turquoise and filled with coral reefs. This makes it a great location to snorkel and go scuba diving. It is known to be a luxury vacation spot, so this vacation will not be cheap. You may want to splurge and stay in a bungalow on top of the ocean where you can wake up in the mornings and dive right into the water.

There is also a dormant volcano in the center of the island called Mount Otemanu that may interest you in a visit. Be sure to see Matira Beach, the Tahiti Pearl Market, and consider taking an Aqua Safari. There are even Aquabikes you can rent and ride around in to have an underwater view. There are many tours you can take by boat, van, and bike.

Travel to Aruba

There are so many islands that you should definitely see in this world. One of which is Aruba. Aruba is known to be “One Happy Island” because the residents are so laid back and friendly. The whole island is only twenty-one miles long, but there is plenty to explore. There are numerous beaches to visit like Baby Beach, Eagle Beach, Palm Beach, and even Flamingo Beach.

The flamingos on the island are adopted from Chile. On a sunny day, you can see Venezuela from the south side of the island. There are divi-divi trees that all point southwest and the locals may call you “Dushi” which means sweetie.

Spend Time in Cozumel

The cool thing about Cozumel is that it is part of Mexico, but it is an island. You can take a boat or ferry to the island from Cancun or Playa del Carmen. Cozumel is home to beautiful coral reefs so it is known as one of the best places to scuba dive and snorkel. The fish are colorful and unique.

Believe it or not, but Cozumel is very Americanized and hosts many places to shop. You may want to explore the Mayan Bee Sanctuary or the Chankanaab Adventure Park.

Make it to Maui

Maui is an island in the Central Pacific Ocean and is a part of Hawaii. The island’s highest peak is the volcanic Haleakala, and it is also known for its natural pools and waterfalls in Ohe’ o Gulch, which can be viewed from the famous Hana Highway. The island is only thirty miles long and hosts many different beaches.

Maui is a great place to learn how to surf because the waves are plenty. It is also a great place to go whale watching. Maui has its own beer brewing company if you enjoy trying local beers when you travel.
