BET Orders Third Season of Drama ‘Tyler Perry’s Sistas’

The series holds the top spot as the #1 new scripted cable series for African Americans P18-49

BET has announced a third season pick-up of the original drama “Tyler Perry’s Sistas” from Tyler Perry. “Sistas” follows a group of single black women from different walks of life who bond over their one common thread: why am I single? The women navigate their “complicated love life” status, careers and friendship through the ups-and-downs of living in a modern world of social media and unrealistic relationship goals.

The cast of “Sistas” includes KJ Smith, Ebony Obsidian, Mignon Von, Novi Brown, Chido Nwokocha, DeVale Ellis, Brian Jordan Jr., Kevin Walton, Anthony Dalton, Crystal Hayslett, and Trinity Whiteside.
