Bravo Media is adding six new non-scripted series to its development slate, including three proposed projects — Center Staged,” “Million Dollar Home Hacks” and “Fippin’ Exes” — that build on its real estate brand with current entries like “Million Dollar Listing New York” and “Flipping Out.”
“Bravo’s incredible equity in the high-end real estate space allows us to explore the biggest characters and most aspirational lifestyles, which are both key differentiators in this crowded landscape,” said Rachel Smith, Senior Vice President, Development, Bravo. “In addition, with a large stable of original series that continue to grow in the key demos, we’re able to take big swings in new spaces across many genres, and we’re excited to get these projects off the ground.”
The other non-scripted series in development at Bravo are “The High School Project,” which follows the true stories of New York City’s most elite students who grew up fast and partied hard in the 90′; “Welcome to America,” which is described as a groundbreaking social experiment with key members of a town voluntarily leaving for one month in exchange for a more diverse group ; and “Empty Nesters,” which follows a group of friends who are planning to send their children to idyllic summer sleep away camps.
What follows is a description of the series in development (which are all working titles)”

With the rich and famous clients, this power couple manages it all and spins gold with the help of their quirky staff.
