CBS All Access Eyes “Twilight Zone” Revival

Streamer Recently Renewed 'Star Trek: Discovery' for a Second Season

Streamer CBS All Access is in talks with Jordan Peele (of comedy group Key & Peele) through his company Monkeypaw to revival classic anthology “The Twilight Zone,” which originally aired on CBS from 1959 to 1965. If this moves forward this will be the third revival of “The Twilight Zone.” The first was on CBS from 1985 to 1986 (which continued in first-run syndication the following season), and the second was on UPN in the 2002-03 season. Marc Ramirez is expected to be the showrunner.

Last month, CBS All Access announced a second season renewal for “Star Trek: Discovery,” which debuted on Sept. 19 on CBS before premiering on CBS and All Access on September 24.
