Friday Final Nationals: ‘America’s Next Top Model’ Closes Out 12-Year Run on CW

CBS was Friday night’s most-watched network with an average of 6.44 million total viewers. ABC led among all key demos: adults 18-49 (1.4 rating/5 share), adults 18-34 (0.8/4) and adults 25-54 (1.9/6).

It strongly burst onto the TV landscape in the summer of 2003 on the defunct netlet UPN. Then it successfully transitioned to UPN’s successor CW. But after 22 cycles and its golden ratings glory days far behind it, Tyra Banks and co. bid adieu to long-running “America’s Next Top Model” (Women 18-34: 0.4/2; Men 18-34: 0.2/1; Women 18-49: 0.5/2; Men 18-49: 0.2/1) on this night.

The night’s other original offerings were, as follows:

ABC’s “Last Man Standing” (Women 18-34: 0.7/4; Men 18-34: 0.6/3; Women 18-49: 1.5/6; Men 18-49: 1.2/5)

ABC’s “Dr. Ken” (Women 18-34: 0.7/4; Men 18-34: 0.5/3; Women 18-49: 1.3/5; Men 18-49: 1.0/4)
