FRIDAY 3/04/2022
Fast Affiliate Data (time period based)

Total Viewers:
CBS: 4.57 million, ABC: 3.47, NBC: 2.65, Fox: 2.14, CW: 747,000

Adults 18-49:
Fox: 0.5 rating/5 share, ABC and CBS: 0.4/ 3 each, NBC: 0.3/ 3, CW: 0.1/ 1

CBS again takes the total viewer crown on Friday night, courtesy of airing TV’s two most-watched programs in prime time: “Blue Bloods” (Viewers: 5.64 million — #1 from 10-11 p.m.; A18-49: 0.4 rating/ 4 share — #1) and its preceding show, “Magnum P.I.” (Viewers: 4.68 million — #1 from 9-10 p.m.; A18-49: 0.3/ 3 — #3t).

At 8 p.m., ABC’s one-hour “20/20” special entitled “Putin’s War: The Battle to Save Ukraine” led the hour in total viewers with 4.41 million; it also posted a 0.4 rating and 4 share in the adults 18-49 demographic (#2 from 8-9 p.m.).

Also airing within the 8-9 p.m. hour were CBS’ “Undercover Boss” (Viewers: 3.39 million — #2 from 8-9 p.m.; A18-49: 0.4/ 3 — #3) and NBC’s “The Blacklist” (Viewers: 2.57 million — #3 from 8-9 p.m.; A18-49: 0.3/ 2 — #4).

In the battle of the newsmagazines, ABC’s “20/20” (Viewers: 3.00 million — #2 from 9-11 p.m.; A18-49: 0.4/ 3 — #2) bested NBC’s “Dateline” (Viewers: 2.69 million — #3 from 9-11 p.m.; A18-49: 0.3/ 3 — #3t).

In its season finale, The CW’s “Penn & Teller: Fool Us” (Viewers: #5, 0.86 million; A18-49: #5, 0.1/ 1) perked up from its previous two Friday night telecasts. Two reruns of “Whose Line Is It Anyway?” followed.

And finally, “WWE Friday Night SmackDown” was at typical fast affiliate levels — enough for Fox to win the night in the key 18-49 demo, as indicated in the averaged above.
