FX Renews ‘What We Do in the Shadows’ for a Third Season

Number of New Episodes Ordered Not Confirmed

FX has greenlit mockumentary comedy “What We Do in the Shadows” for a third season, which at 3.2 million viewers for the first six episodes of this current season is an increase of 25 percent over the first season.

Debuting on March 27, 2019, “What We Do in the Shadows” follows the lives of three traditional vampires; Nandor (Kayvan Novak), Laszlo (Matt Berry), and Nadja (Natasia Demetriou); Colin Robinson (Mark Proksch), an energy vampire; and Guillermo (Harvey Guillen), Nandor’s familiar. The series revolves around the vampires adapting to the modern world with the help of Guillermo and, occasionally, Colin Robinson.

The season two finale will air on Wednesday, June 10th.
