GSN Announces Two New Series – ‘America Says’ and ‘Caroline & Friends’

GSN will debut two new series this year in addition to the recently launched “Cover Story”: “America Says” and “Caroline & Friends” (both working titles). “America Says,” based on a format by Entertainment One, is described as an in-studio game where two teams of friends and family face off to match survey responses with fill in the blanks that cover multiple topics. They’ll have to be quick when trying to think of what America says, as time is always ticking and the team with the most money banked after three rounds will head to a bonus round to see if they can guess even more survey responses to win extra cash and prizes.

“Caroline & Friends,” hosted by comedian Caroline Rhea, showcases comedic videos from around the web. If this sounds similar to “America’s Funniest Home Videos,” the producer is Vin Di Bona of Fishbowl Worldwide Media.

Returning series on GSN are “Divided,” hosted by Mike Richards; “Winsanity,” hosted by Donald Faison; and “Snap Decision,” the comedic half-hour game show series hosted by actor and comedian David Alan Grier that puts preconceptions, first impressions, and gut instinct to the ultimate test.
