Destiny 2 is one of the most popularly played games all over the world. The developers of this game recently launched the Trials of Osiris in the Season of Lost which has gained a lot of praise for the excitement and rewards that come along with it. A lot of changes have been introduced in the loot structure, the nature of Trials Cards and matchmaking which makes the players look forward to playing it. Additionally, the rewards earned in the Trials of Osiris are extremely rare and powerful which makes them some of the most coveted rewards. Here’s how to play and get rewarded in the Trials of Osiris.

The Trials of Osiris is an exclusive PvP mode which involves intense fighting between two teams that is available only for a limited period of time. It is a competitive mode which uses 3v3 elimination rules. The Trials are available to play over the weekends starting Friday and ending on Tuesday. The players who wish to participate in the Trials have to complete the Trial Access quest. Apart from this, the player has to meet three conditions the first one being that their character has to be at a higher power level (1210 or above)since this is a power enabled activity. The second pre requisite is that you need to have a fireteam of 3 players prior to the Trails since it does not support matchmaking like the Competitive playlist. The third thing that you will require is a Trials Passage and once you have all three you are eligible to compete in the trials and defeat the 3 players of the opposing team. Then vendor for the Trials of Osiris is Saint 14, who will provide you with the Trials Passage, Cards and Bounties. You can also trade with him for Trials Engram.

The Trials Passage will keep a record of your wins and defeats in the Trials. The main aim of the player is to win all the seven matches. You’ll get a stamp when you win a match and likewise when you lose one. You can play until you win seven matches or lose three matches and the rewards you get will be determined by your performance. The player you are matched with depends on the number of your wins. For example, if you have 5 wins, chances are you will be matched with a player having 5 wins. If a player loses three matches, they will not be able to continue in the trials and will have to reset their Passage or buy a new one to participate.

The goal of the Trials of Osiris is to get a Flawless run, which means winning all the seven matches. It’s not easy to do but you can take help of Destiny 2 boost to power through it. Once you have achieved a Flawless run, you’ll get access to the Lighthouse which is a special loot chest. You will also receive Pinnacle gear and armour glow which will last for a week. The best part about Trials of Osiris is that players don’t necessarily have to get a Flawless run to win rewards. On completing Trial Bounties and matches you can earn the Trial Tokens which can be traded for Trial Engrams. You get rewards depending on the number of your wins. For example, three wins will earn you Tier 2 powerful gear and winning five matches will get you Tier 3 powerful gear. A flawless will earn you pinnacle gear as mentioned above. Even if you complete the weekly bounty, you will be able to claim the three match win reward. With so many rewards awaiting the players, it’s no wonder that this game has quickly made a place for itself in the gaming world.
