Jimmy Fallon Makes Emotional Tribute to His Late Mother in Return to ‘Tonight Show’

Jimmy Fallon returned to NBC’s “The Tonight Show” on Nov. 13 for the first time since his mother Gloria had passed away on Nov. 4. She was 68.

The late night talk show had been in reruns since Nov. 3 when Jimmy had canceled that night’s taping to tend to his mother in the hospital.

Fallon expressed gratitude for all the support he had received all week long. Upon reflection for his mother, he said, “Mom, I’ll never stop trying to make you laugh. I love you.”
