Monday Final Nationals: ‘The Good Doctor’ on ABC Continues As Fall’s Top New Drama

With a less than stellar NFL matchup of the Indianapolis Colts at Tennessee Titans, which aired opposite American League Championship Series Game 3: Houston Astros at New York Yankees on FS1, ESPN ceded the Monday night viewer crown to its fellow Disney-owned network ABC.

ABC averaged 9.9 million viewers. Each of the first four episodes of its freshman hit drama “The Good Doctor” have surpassed 10.59 million viewers, based on live plus same day data, maintaining itself as fall TV’s top new drama in all key figures.

“Monday Night Football” still provided ESPN all key adult and male demo victories on the night.
