ABC opened the week on a winning overnight note thanks to veteran “The Bachelorette,” which scored a 4.1 rating/7 share in households from 8-10 p.m. ET. Fox’s long in the tooth “So You Think You Can Dance” could not compete with a 2.4/ 4 (#3) in the 8 p.m. hour, which was 14 percent below the 2.8/ 5 on the year-ago evening.

Also original last night was “Supergirl” on The CW, which scored a 1.4/ 2 at 8 p.m. into a 0.8/ 1 for “Whose Line is it Anyway?” in the 9 p.m. half-hour. And CBS capped off the night with “Elementary,” which will return in 2018-19 in midseason, at a dominant 3.1/ 5 at 10 p.m. The rest of the evening was all encore telecasts.
