Fast Affiliate Ratings

Total Viewers:
NBC: 8.67 million, Fox: 4.13, CBS: 2.61, ABC: 2.56, CW: 336,000

Adults 18-49:
NBC: 1.6 rating/12 share, ABC and Fox: 0.5/ 4 each, CBS: 0.3/ 2, CW: 0.1/ 1

Worth repeating: No matter how NBC tries to spin it, ratings for the 2022 Winter Beijing Olympics are a complete bust, and this will sorely impact what advertisers will pay in the future. Combined with all other ways to view the Olympics, and these fast affiliate results should translate in potentially 13-million viewers. Comparably, primetime coverage of the 2018 Olympics in South Korea averaged 19.8 million viewers a night across NBC, NBC Sports Network, and NBC Sports Digital’s streaming platforms, and that was a then record low.

Elsewhere, “Celebrity Big Brother” on CBS continues to underperform, with 2.29 million viewers (#4) and a 0.4/ 3 in adults 18-49 in the Monday 9 p.m. ET hour. Fox had a typical Monday care of dramas “9-1-1: Lone Star” (Viewers: #2, 5.01 million; A18-49: #2t, 0.6/ 5 at 8 p.m.) and recent entry “The Cleaning Lady” (Viewers: #2, 3.25 million; A18-49: #3t, 0.4/ 3 at 9 p.m. ET). ABC featured “The Bachelor” (Viewers: #3, 3.02 million; A18-49: #2, 0.6/ 4 from 8-10 p.m.) into recent entry “Promised Land”, which remains a huge miss at just 1.64 million viewers (#3) and a 0.2/ 1 (#2t) in the demo at 10 p.m.

Last, and very least, was The CW docuseries “March” at 336,000 and a 0.1/ 1 in adults 18-49 at 8 p.m.
