NBC Delays ‘Caught on Camera with Nick Cannon’

Repeats of Sitcoms 'Superstore' and 'The Good Place' to Fill in for Three Weeks

NBC, which just announced that perennial Friday night scripted drama “Grimm” is officially concluding next season, has now said the return of modest 8 p.m. anchor “Caught on Camera with Nick Cannon” will be delayed until Oct. 14. Filling in on Sept. 23, 30 and Oct. 7 will be encore telecasts of sitcoms “Superstore” and newbie “The Good Place.” Considering that neither comedy is expected to generate much interest in the Friday 8 p.m. hour, any potential additional eyeballs certainly cannot hurt.
