Netflix Cancels ‘Next in Fashion’

Ten Episodes in Total Were Produced

Netflix has opted against a second season of fashion competition series “Next in Fashion.” Debuting in January, “Next in Fashion,” hosted by Tan France and Alexa Chung, featured 18 professional designers competing for $250,000 and a fashion collection with luxury retailer Net-a-Porter in rounds based on design trends and styles that influence what people wear worldwide.

Ten episodes in total of “Next in Fashion” were produced. It joins a list that includes “Anatomy Club: The Sketch Show,” “Messiah,” “Spinning Out,” “Soundtrack” and “AJ & the Queen,” all of which were given the axe in 2020 following their debut seasons.
