    • It’s a low since Episode 86 in Season 4.

      Season 1 was all under that level.

      People don’t remember how bad the pilot was and it hurt the show which took a while to take off.

      That it did is used to justify the hundreds of flops that have been renewed since…

  1. NBC Executive Programming Method:

    1 – Take a show that never was a hit but that you called a mega-hit.

    2 – Make a spinoff.

    3 – See that it’s a flop

    4 – [optional] Renew the show to demonstrate it’s a hit.

    On CBS, Big Bang is now is merely “solid” territory and no sign of a new hit coming to any of the networks any time soon…
